You can still find fresh, local organic produce in Western Colorado at Osage Farms. They have a cute little red "barn" that is a self-serve produce stand. It's open daily from 10-6. Check out the organic potatoes, winter squash, herbs, lettuce, etc. when you're in the New Castle area.
